JOB SCOPE
To start, the position will require approximately 6-8 hours a week as a 1099 contractor. However, if you are the right fit, this will increase over time. Starting pay is at least $12 per hour but has the ability to grow with the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties:
- Create, curate, and manage relevant original and re-purposed content (images, video and written) and campaigns on website and social media outlets in order to reach network’s target audience
- Recruit and coordinate with guest bloggers to create original content
- Manage all social media and website updates and communications
- Track and analyze key metrics (numbers regarding engagement etc.) and tweak strategy as needed while continually reporting on progress
- Serve as an advocate for the Women Of Green and Women As Game Changers network and website in social media spaces, etc., engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Utilize new and more effective tools, applications etc.
- Continually develop engagement strategy to grow social media community and website followers
- Provide administrative support (managing outreach lists and meeting notes as well as helping with brainstorming and strategizing).
- Ultimate goals are to further engage and grow our Women of Green network and Women As Game Changers Facebook group and network, promote women entrepreneurs and game changers, find and/or develop engaging content related to the green, social justice and sustainability spheres and assist in developing alternative forms of network income.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- You must have a laptop/desktop computer with a solid internet connection, a phone and preferably have access to a printer/scanner – all in good working condition.
- A few days per month, you must be willing to attend an online, or if possible, in-person team meeting.
