Agnes Chavez is an interdisciplinary artist, educator, and social entrepreneur working at the intersection of art, science, technology and social practice. Now in its 20th year, her award-winning multi-sensory language teaching system has been used to teach more than half a million kids worldwide. She founded the STEMarts Lab which partners with new media artists and schools to provide Sci-art curricula and STEAM programs as part of museum programming, science and art festivals and developed STEAM content for Scholastic, 516 Arts and Los Alamos National Laboratory. She is now Co-Director of The Paseo.
