One of the best parts of my work with Women Of Green is I get to hang out with some of the coolest, smartest, electrifying people on the planet. Rha Goddess is at the top of that list. She is a captivating performance artist, activist and social entrepreneur who uses her artistic and motivational talents to heal, transform, and inspire. About my guest
Rha Goddess is a hip-hop artist, playwright and entrepreneur. She has collaborated with artists like Zulu Nation, The Last Poets, and Chuck D. Her work has been featured in numerous international compilations, forums, and festivals and she has received rave industry reviews from Time magazine, Ms. magazine, XXL, Essence, The Source, among others. In her over thirty years of experience as an organizer, Rha has worked on issues of racial justice and equality, electoral politics, youth empowerment, offender aid and restoration, mental health and young women’s empowerment. Her newest venture, Move The Crowd, a social networking, training and development firm that teaches social entrepreneurs how to “Stay True, Get Paid and Do Good.”
